concluded with the following statistics, based on improvement findings before and after changing the mattress:
- Back pain decreased by 62.8%
- Sleep comfort increased by approximately 70%
- Overall sleep quality improved by 64%
- Shoulder pain reduced by almost 62%
- Stiff back issues reduced by 58%
